1. Check the lubrication system

A. Clean the oil filter daily.

B. Daily check whether the oil is mixed with water and other pollutants and deteriorated. If it deteriorates, please replace the oil.

C. Check whether the oil storage tank is below the minimum line every day. If the oil is insufficient, please refuel.

D. Daily check whether the drip nozzle is normal, if the drip nozzle is dirty, the adjusting screw can be removed for cleaning.

2. Check the flexible state of the valve. If it is not flexible, please clean up and debug to ensure reliable opening and closing.

3. After checking the fan belt for a period of time, the triangle will stretch. At this time, the motor fixing bolt is loose, move the motor, tighten the triangle to the proper position, and then tighten the motor fixing bolt, and pay attention to the motor pulley and fan pulley on the same plane. At the same time, check whether the fastening screws of the two pulleys are loose.

4. Check for oil leakage, leakage and repair, and if there is no repair, notify the manufacturer immediately.

5. Frequently check the operation of the fan and motor, and stop maintenance if noise or temperature is abnormal.

6. After checking the fan belt for a period of time, the triangle will stretch. At this time, the motor fixing bolt is loose, move the motor, tighten the triangle to the proper position, and then tighten the motor fixing bolt, and pay attention to the motor pulley and fan pulley on the same plane. At the same time, check whether the fastening screws of the two pulleys are loose.

7. Check the air filter, check whether the air filter is dirty. If it is dirty, please take out the air filter, loosen the butterfly valve nut, remove the cover and clean the filter. When draining the filter, do not put dirt into the fan.
