3. Regularly remove dust, dirt and other impurities inside the fan, and check the belt tightness at any time to prevent belt tightness and belt slippage.

4. The maintenance of the fan must be carried out during shutdown.

5. During the operation of the fan, if any abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

6. Except that the grease should be replaced after each disassembly and repair, the grease should be replaced every three months under normal circumstances.

Two: The main fault of the axial flow fan

1. The fan vibrates severely. The casing or air inlet is rubbed with the impeller, the impeller rivets are loose or deformed, the fan inlet and outlet pipes are not installed properly, resonance occurs, the blades have dust and dirt, and the impeller is deformed and the shaft is bent and the rotor is unbalanced.

2. The bearing temperature is too high. The bearing box vibrates violently, the bearing is damaged or the shaft is bent, the grease is of poor quality or contains impurities.

3. The motor current is too large and the temperature rise is too high. When the machine is turned on, the inlet and outlet pipes are not closed tightly, the input voltage is too low or the single-phase power supply is cut off, the spindle speed exceeds the rated value, the input medium density is too high or the temperature is too low.
