1. If heat or steam is required to be exhausted, roof exhaust fans should be installed first.
2. When heating, cooling or fresh air is needed, the warm air or cold air should flow through the location of the staff as much as possible, so pipe fans or side wall fans should be used.
3. For fire-fighting smoke exhaust, roof fans or hoisted air ducts should be preferred, so duct fans are often used.
Note: Use natural wind as much as possible (the position and form of the fan should be set reasonably).
1. Warehouse ventilation
(1) To see whether the storage goods are flammable and explosive goods, such as paint warehouses, etc., explosion-proof series fans must be selected.
(2) Depending on the level of noise requirements, roof fans or environmentally friendly centrifugal fans can be selected.
(3) Depending on the amount of ventilation required for the warehouse air, you can choose the most conventional axial fan SF type or exhaust fan FA type.
2. Kitchen exhaust
(1) For the kitchen that directly exhausts oil fume indoors (that is, the exhaust outlet is on the indoor wall), you can choose SF type axial flow fan or FA type exhaust fan according to the size of the oil fume.
(2) For kitchens where the oily smoke is large and the oily smoke needs to pass through long pipes, and the pipes are bent, it is strongly recommended to use centrifugal fans (4-72 centrifugal fans are the most common, and 11-62 low-noise environmentally friendly centrifugal fans are also very practical. ), this is because the pressure of the centrifugal fan is higher than that of the axial flow fan, and the oil smoke does not pass through the motor, and the maintenance and replacement of the motor are easier.
(3) It is recommended that kitchens with strong oily fume use the above two schemes together for better results.
3. Ventilation in high-end places.
For hotels, tea houses, coffee bars, chess and card rooms, karaoke halls and other high-end places for ventilation, conventional fans are not suitable.
(1) For the ventilation of the small room, the room where the ventilation duct is connected to the central ventilation duct can choose a small axial flow fan, which is small in size, plastic or aluminum appearance, low noise and high air volume.
(2) From the perspective of stricter air volume and noise requirements, the air box is the best choice. There is noise-absorbing cotton inside the box, and the central ventilation duct can be connected to the central ventilation duct to achieve a significant effect of noise reduction.
(3) To add, for indoor air blowing in the gym, be sure to choose a large-volume industrial electric fan instead of an SF post-type axial fan. This is from the aspect of appearance and safety.
