Ventilators are widely used for ventilation, dust exhaust and cooling of factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings; ventilation and induced air for boilers and industrial furnaces;

Cooling and ventilation in air-conditioning equipment and household appliances; drying and selective delivery of grains; air source in wind tunnels and air cushioning and propulsion, etc.

The working principle of the ventilator is basically the same as that of the turbo compressor, except that the gas flow rate is low and the pressure changes little. Generally, there is no need to consider the change of the gas specific volume, that is, the gas is treated as an incompressible fluid.

Blower: Under design conditions, a fan with a wind pressure of 15kPa~0.2MPa or a compression ratio e=1.15~3 is called a blower

Features:

1. Since the impeller runs in the machine body without friction and does not need lubrication, the exhaust gas does not contain oil. It is an ideal pneumatic conveying gas source for chemical, food and other industries.

2. The blower is a volume operation blower. When in use, with the pressure change, the flow rate changes very little. But the flow changes with the speed. Therefore, the selection range of pressure is very wide, and the selection of flow can be achieved by selecting the speed.

3. The speed of the blower is high, and the gap between the rotor and the rotor, the rotor and the body is small, so there is less leakage and higher volumetric efficiency. Our factory has strong processing and assembly technology, which can ensure the reasonable and uniform gap, which can achieve high volumetric efficiency without friction in the body due to thermal expansion.

4. The structure of the blower determines that its mechanical friction loss is very small. Because only the bearing and gear pair have mechanical contact on the material selection, the rotor, casing and gear ring have sufficient mechanical strength. Safe operation and long service life are a major feature of blower products.

Two, blower classification

1. According to wind pressure

According to the pressure of the fan, the fan can be divided into low pressure fan, medium pressure fan and high pressure fan.

The pressure range is as follows:

Low pressure: total fan pressure H ≤1000Pa

Medium pressure: 1000Pa <H ≤ 3000Pa

High pressure (centrifugal fan): 3000Pa <H ≤15000 Pa

Low-pressure and medium-low-pressure fans are mostly used in ventilation projects.

2. According to purpose:

It can be divided into general fans, dust exhaust fans, industrial ventilation fans, boiler induced fans, mine fans, etc.

Fans are widely used in tunnels, underground garages, high-level civil buildings, metallurgy, factories and mines, etc., for ventilation and fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust. According to different uses, commonly used fans can be roughly divided into the following types:
